 Town of Whitakers  Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
The Study is a joint effort between Edgecombe and Nash Counties, Upper Coastal Plain RPO and NCDOT.  The study is in the preliminary stages of development.   Traffic Analysis Zones (TAZ ) have been developed for the area.  Data collection for the area will begin in May 2006.
