2002 Qualified Products List

The items on this list have been approved based on the following requirements:

• 2002 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures
• Standard Special Provisions 

All projects advertised as of December 13, 2001 will reference the 2002 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures as the governing specification over traffic signing equipment for those projects. All signing equipment, material, and hardware submitted for use on these projects must be pre-approved and on the 2002 Qualified Products List by the day of installation. Equipment, materials, and hardware not on the 2002 QPL will not be allowed for use on these projects unless otherwise called for by the Project Special Provisions over that project.

The Signing Material sections (Sections 1092-1097 of Materials - Chapter 10 ) and the Signing Construction Methods section (Chapter 9) of the 2002 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures can be viewed at the link below.

Please note that a specific project's plans or Project Special Provisions may place additional restrictions on the equipment which can be supplied and may therefore invalidate QPL products.
