| COURSE OFFERINGS |
We make an effort to offer our most requested courses in a two month rotation. Due to class
demand we may not offer courses that have historically had low demand. If there is a course you would like to attend
that is not being scheduled please contact us at pctraining@ncdot.gov.
We will put your name on a waiting list for the course in question and schedule the course when we get enough registrations. |

| CLASS START TIME |
All classes begin at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted. |
| FULL CLASSES |
If a class is full , please contact your PC Coordinator to sign up for the next available class. |
| 30 DAYS |
There is a 30 day waiting period between different levels of the same course; If you take
Excel Level I in May then you must wait until June to take Excel Level II. There is no waiting period required
if you choose to take a different course; If you take Word I in July you can also take PowerPoint I the same
month. |
| CANCELLATIONS |
Due to unforeseen circumstances, classes may have to be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation,
an e-mail will be sent to the student (or the student's supervisor if no e-mail address is available for the student) and the
PC Coordinator. If you need to withdraw from a class please let your PC Coordinator know as soon as possible. |
