Instructional Television Media Unit
The national award-wining Instructional Television Media Unit is responsible for
handling video production projects for the Division of Highways
and other units within the NCDOT.
This section produces training, orientation, promotional and other full digital video, DVD and
CDRom production projects as needed to provide instructional media support for the department.
Our in-house production studio allows us to produce superior videos without the commercial
production costs.
Our Mission:
To provide excellence in Instructional Technology Services without limitations, ensuring the
highest level of service for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, our state and
the nation with pride, dedication and our highest integrity.

| Most videos rarely have the camera angle stay in the same spot for more that 10 or 15 seconds. The director will cut between different angles to keep things interesting or to make different points.
