Production Request Production requests are reviewed on a bi-monthly basis. Your request will go into production and editing after all information has been provided and the video footage recorded. Generally you or someone working with you provide things such as scripts. Some video segments may require specific conditions and timing to shoot the needed footage. Therefore, completion dates will be determined from the date we receive all information to begin production. This date will be provided to you once it is determined. Please keep this in mind when thinking through what you want the final product to look like. Remember to be thorough with your answers on the request form. You may be contacted to provide additional information if needed to make a decision on your production.

After we receive all of your information and the request has been approved. We will e-mail the production contact person. The contact person is responsible for submitting all information to the Video Unit. However, if we have received no information within 6 months after approval your request will be dropped and you will need to reapply.
For requests or questions about the video production service, contact Sheri Greene at (919) 662-3582.
Did You Know:
A standard DVD holds about seven times more data than a CD. That means a DVD has enough room to store a full-length (133 minute high-resolution video, letterbox or pan-and-scan format with 720 dots of horizontal resolution, and MPEG-2-encoded), as well as a lot of other information.
