The Division of Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation published its first local bicycle map in 1983. Since that time, we have worked with local cyclists and staff to develop the mapped and signed systems of bicycle routes listed below. These projects are generated through local requests to the NCDOT. To get a copy, check at bike shops in the area or fill out the order form. All maps are available free of charge.
